QISS Student Art Show
I was really pleased to see some of the Grade 5 students at the QISS Student Art Show. It was a fun event and it was lovely to see the students' art on display.
Grade 6 Orientation Day
On Monday, May 26th, the Grade 5 students spent a day in the life of Grade 6 students. Did your child talk to you about the experience? Did you attend the parent's presentation? Do you have further questions you would like to have answered? Feel free to get in touch with Upper School principal Peter Thorpe. I am sure he would be more than happy to discuss any questions you might have.

Library Book Return Dates
Dear Parents,
All students should have taken home a form explaining the library book returning policy and due dates. All books must be returned to the library by Friday, June 6th. According to school policy, all books need to be returned before students can receive their quarter 4 report cards.

Key Assignment Day
We are still working on our Key Assignment Rube Goldberg machines. I am excited to see the final machines that the students manage to build, and how they explain them to the audience. I look forward to seeing you there next Saturday. After the Key Assignments, we will then have lunch and proceed to the auditorium to enjoy the Spring Concert.
